Evening,
For your consideration on this fine late Summer evening, I have what I once considered my SnG grail: a Knife Art exclusive, Arctic Gray G10, Arctic Grey Cerakoted PD1 blade, Arctic Gray cerakoted Titanium lock face and clip. This Strider is...pretty. It is the prettiest Strider I have ever owned.
There is absolutely zero play in any which way you want to force it out of this thing. Zero. The lockup is around 40%, and there is zero lock rock. AND, this baby can already be thumb-flicked. To me, this is a very good sign that this particular knife is going to be a performer for life.
I pulled this knife out of my mailbox about 94 minutes ago. I took it out of the Strider baggie, flicked it twice, gave a little sigh, an put it back in the baggie until i got home to take pictures. I can't use this knife. It's too gorgeous for my clumsy ass. There is only one mark on the knife and is shown in the picture below. It is right by the clip and is about the width of a pencil head, and about 1/4" long.
There is still factory grease on the pivot. The previous owner claimed to have never used it nor pocketed it. I believe him. Currently sold out(and have been since I've been looking for one), these go for $550 new from Knife Art. Here is the link: http://www.knifeart.com/stargr.htm. l am asking what I would consider a great deal on a knife that is mint, practically brand new:
$450>440
This price includes USPS Priority 2-3 day, but fees will be on you if you choose to go that route.
I want to keep this in the USA, or if you're in Canada or the UK, you pay the fees.
Email: rwasick88@gmail.com. Or PM me.
Trades: I would love a not-so-nice PD1 SnG. That is my main trade objective right now. If it has any play or rock, forget it. I will consider other knives, just use your head please. No ADV minis, no Hinderers. Thanks.
