Tonight I'm selling my Benchmade Rift 950BK-1401 Cutlery Shoppe Exclusive.
The knife has never been used nor carried by me; only collected. The previous owner polished the tang for a smoother action so a bit of the coating has been taken off and a small portion of the strip job can be seen when the knife is open, barely. It never bothered me and the knife has INCREDIBLE action--seriously, it rivals my Ares. Lockup is solid with above par Axis lockup. Edge is factory and sharp, very. A bit of pocket scuffing near the spine of the blade and around the thumbstud, all minute stuff really. I put a black deep carry clip on it which is included. I also have the box and stuff too.
I'm asking $140>130 for this beautiful Benchmade specimen. I know there is a plethora of Benchmade hating going on, and honestly I don't understand why. Especially with the Rift model. These knives are seriously well built and for $130 you get the best G10 on the market, a blade profile that performs any task you ask and Benchmade's warranty and customer service is beyond the competition; you can actually order free screws with ease from BM
