They make both I believe. Are they light or heavy?

They are very light. They weigh in at 1.2 oz, so I would say aluminum for sure. For comparison the Wilkins Al grips I have, weigh in at 1.3 oz. When measured side by side, the Wilkins grips are longer. Which is odd to me cause I always thought the AWT grips looked bigger.
