This knife was made by forum member Erik Loreno. It was heat treated by Peters Heat Treating. I bought the knife directly from the maker. The knife is USED. It was used in the kitchen, a lot. It was also used for general purpose outdoor tasks. It was never abused and I have no issues to report. It has a forced patina, a lot of staining, and some naturally occurring patina. The edge has been sharpened. The knife includes a bare-bones-basic kydex sheath, not pictured because I forgot to take a picture of it. Overall, this knife is in excellent condition and is ready to rock. Since it's been used a lot, I'll let it go on the cheap… Asking a mere $73.00.
The maker's mark is in the first picture. It's hard to see because it blends with the staining, but it's there.
Specs:
OAL = 8"
blade length = 3-7/8" tip to scales
steel = 52100, a hair over 3/32" thickness
blade width = 1-1/4" at plunge
brown canvas micarta scales
brass hardware
