This is a first generation SOG Tech. It is not a I or II. I bought this the year it was issued. It is in mint condition. Box included with blade protector and plastic bag. Box does show storage wear but is in good condition. This knife has a leather sheath as opposed to the ballistic nylon. Brass guard and Kryton handle. This knife has the Santa Monica, Ca. address on it. SOG moved to Wa. soon after opening.
