SOLD!

PRICE DROP $625

Asking $650 FIRM. These start over $1000 from Keffeler, and this blade has some amazing history. I have never seen any Keffeler chopper priced this low, so please no lowball offers. Price includes PP fees and priority shipping with insurance.

Dan Keffeler competition cutter! The very knife he used in his YouTube video where he chops through a 2X4 in a single swing! This knife was also used to win multiple 2x4 derby competitions including winning the 2011 national championship derby. This one is 52100 and a whopping .35" thick. The thickness varies along the spine for better performance.

More info and pics available upon request. It does show signs of use because it was used hard, as every Keffeler blade is meant to. Comes with a basic PVC pipe made sheath, not pretty but holds the knife. Thanks everyone!!

May be willing to take partial trades, up to 300 in trade value and 350 in cash.

Partial trades will be on case by case basis, and no multiples. A single fixed blade or single folder. Good condition, can be used but needs to still be in good shape. Good steel and quality blades only.

Folders need to be ZT quality or better. But im not interested in Spyderco or Benchmade at all.

I prefer larger fixed blades, but even small ones will be entertained if they are in good quality steel like 3V and better.

Hawks/axes may be considered as well, 4140 steel preferred but may consider others. Especially a KDSH in sr101.

Hmm.. Not sure why pictures dont show for you. Ill send ya a PM with my phone number, feel free to text me and ill send pictures through text message if youd like.

Funny thing, I am able to view your pics on my cell but not on my desk top, lol.

Is it a partial tang or a full and what is the handle material?

You mentioned it was "hard used". The pics looks great but any serious scratches, dings. etc?

Always wanted a Keffeler blade.

GLWS.

It is full tang and the handle material is horse stall mat.

It was used hard for sure. But it was designed for this. The competitions consist of multiple 2x4 chops, cutting through rolling golf balls, aluminum cans, and more. It has also been used to down a few trees. Oak and pine. There are scratches and marks on the blade. I tried showing them in the pictures but i can send more through text or email.

There's also an area on the handle that's missing a piece of stall mat. I'll get a picture of that up shortly.

The edge does not have any chips in it. It could use a sharpening but i didn't want to change the edge that keffeler put on it.

But i have priced this at nearly half off normal price to account for the hard use and wear. It still has plenty of life left. And with it's history would make a great blade for a collector or user alike!
