Hi Guys! Today I'm selling (NO TRADES) (1) of my Custom Fixed Blades. All Prices include CONUS shipping (USPS Priority) & Paypal fees, & my Paypal is scotts@reeve-knight.com. Knife has Never been used at all, Sharpened, or Carried.
Again, this is the finest knife/sheath I've ever sold, & I can't put my finger on why I am, so I won't be interested in low-balls or the like, I don't need to sell this, barely sure I want to, but I do know it aught to be with someone who is going to fondle it more than I've been...I'll describe it below & upload pics, but ya, this is one of those knives & one of those sheaths that look/feel substantially better in person than words or pics can capture.
**This is made by the incomparable Michal Komorovsky of Slovakia. This is likely the "best" knife/sheath he's ever made, though I do own my personal favorite Komorovsky that I'll never let go of...I like that one more, though most folks would say this one is objectively superior.
**It's 14.173" OAL, with 9.448" San-Mai Blade of Sleipner & Inox 416, hardened to 60hrc. It's about .2" @ thickest part of spine.
**Handle is a Maple hybrid, & the red streak is continued masterfully on the sheath, that's the ostrich bit.
**The Guard is stainless steel with a beautiful DLC coating - IMO, Michal's decision to go with DLC coating on this guard is what puts this knife all the way over the top. It's something most makers would not have done, & that's why Michal Komorovsky is special....because he is not most makers.
**The knife is perfectly balanced, the handle is perfectly comfortable, the design and fit-n-finish on both the sheath & the knife are perfect, - IT IS PERFECT. This is SOLD!!
