Condition: the knife is smooth, fairly well centered, good lockup, a little bit of lock stick but nothing major, and is in great condition considering the age. Very sharp! Shows a few signs of old age (some minor discoloration spots on the blade, see the album), but nothing major. No box or papers (I throw that stuff away).
Price: $76 via PayPal goods and services, shipping via USPS priority in the US. The only other one of these I could see that was available is going for $275 on Ebay, so hopefully this is a fair price.
