5187 Brisa Tommi 95 12C27, rhombic shaped, about 3 5/8in at the spine
A couple nickel bolsters for it, the front is a little sloppy, rear should be fine.
Bag of JRE leather washers that I don't think would work for this specific blade because the precut gap is likely too large for the tang, unless you somehow fill the void with some kind of epoxy.
