You have me confused. As the listing states i only accept Paypal if the payment is sent as a Friends and Family payment. There are no fees on friends and family payments. Not sure what i am missing.

You are correct. I even list that in my ad. Does Paypal Goods and Services off the seller any protection? In my experience Paypal has always sided with the buyer of goods. I have had packages show up as being delivered but the buyer stated they never received them. Paypal took the buyers side. That was selling an item on Ebay. Not here.

Another issue with Paypal Goods and Services payments is the 1099K. While you may or may not meet the federal guidelines some states require them for very little amounts. For Virginia residents 1099K's are required for transactions totaling $600 or more per year.

Not against the rules to ask for FF. I have done business with him and I can tell you he is outstanding to work with and someone we'd like to keep here on the forums.

You're asking for an additional 3% for Goods and Services 'accidental' transactions. You need to do the math. From the rules: sellers need to do their own math and list a TOTAL selling price shipped.
