This one is a semi flex blade made out of T5MOS french stainless steel. Great slicer, which is good for all kitchen tasks. The handle is made of food grade resin, does not react with food and is very easy to clean
- French T5 MOS stainless steel, heat treated with a liquid nitrogen to 61 Hrc.
- OAL: 9.8 '' or 250 mm, blade 5.1 '' or 130 mm
- Spellstrike resin handle
-Handfinished satin on the blade
