Here for SALE is a new/unused Fays Forge little fixed blade with left/right/back horizontal carry belt sheath made by me.

• bog oak is 6,000 years old
• carved antler
• folded steel blades of 1095 and 15n20

ALSO :
Blade Length - 2-5/8"
Overall Length - 7-1/8"
3/4" tall blade at the bolster and the handle is the butt is just over 1"
Sheathed length is 8"



Horizontal belt carry Sheath by me of 6/7 oz. Horween Veg Tan Dublin Leather with red leather cord weave.
This will carry either side or in the small of your back comfortably and very securely.

For those of you who look at NEW POSTS - I give this old one a new post bump.

You might have noticed in the photos above that the blade was not sharpened. Came pretty harmless from the maker. I had chosen to leave it as is for the new owner to tweak as he/she preferred but have, after all, have been asked about this so I decided no harm to add a sharp edge.

Arm hair shaving sharp now and will slice nicely through phone book paper BUT my idea of "sharp" with this crowd in particular can be subject to debate. Let's not debate. It is more than serviceably sharp now and you can refine it to your obsessive delight if you feel it needs more attention.
