Jamison Chopp forged boning knife under the Murray Carter Muteki line. This is a knife that I've had for a few years and never really used it. It stays in the block and gets a splash of mineral oil every few months. There is some slight patina on the steel. This was sharpened by a local knife sharpener in Fresno about 6 months ago and hasn't been used since. I cannot with certainty list the steel and handle material, but based on all the other knives Murray Carter does and what he currently uses, I have an idea and Im 99% sure. I bought this in a 3 piece set that I had Jamison make for me, but this is the only knife that I don't use. If you'd like any different pictures, I'm happy to take more. I tried to show all angles, including the stamping. The Micarta liner is a yellow color. It will be shipped with the original box. Shipping is included in the price to the lower 48.
