Camp Knife XL Hunter This outstanding Camp knife / XL Hunter from Behring Made was produced in James’ first year in Missoula, prior to his introduction of the now always utilized B-logo stamp. This blade is hand forged from 1/4” thick high carbon 01 tool steel and it measures 6 1/2” from tip to guard with a razor sharp hollow grind and our hammer mark finish. The brass guard is soldered in place above black and white fiber, brown and green micarta, aluminum and brass spacers in addition to the brass sub hilt. The premium sambar stag handle is pinned through the tang with brass and the overall length measures 11 1/2’, plus it comes in Jack Mosher leather sheath which is an option not available since early 2014.
