Handle has a crack as shown. The blade is dull, and the scratches on the blade may indicate it being sharpened in the past. Blade has no wobble. More pictures and video posted in the forum below
I believe my failed attempts in the video to get the blade to lock open is due to a flaw in my technique rather than a flaw in the knife. Let me know if you have any questions.
