I have a David Mary Edchef in aebl for SOLD, comes with a boltran sheath, a Drew veggie cutter in 52100 for SOLD, and a Daado cleaver in 5160 for SOLD. I’ve used them all, sharpened the Drew. They’re all in great condition. I polished up the high carbons because I didn’t know if my patinas were desirable. Thanks for looking.
