This is the third and final price reduction for this knife
It is now $old shipped USA!
Offering a very thinly grinded and flexy kitchen slicer from 1/16 inch stock AEB-L stainless steel.
Knife is heat treated and double tempered in an Evenheat digitally controlled kiln and aluminum plate / air quenched, all designed to achieve approximately 62 Rockwell
