That Hamon is wicked! Akers Nessie, see guys he is turning into a Bushcraft maker! Awesome Rosewood too. Best of both worlds, Hamon and a finish you won't have too baby. It kinda looks like SanMai. Steller knife man.
 
Thanks guys i spent alot of time on the overall design ,and comfyness in the hand,the hamon came out like no other i have done, it went together nicely

Hi, that is fine looking knife in a functional and artistic style. Sir how is it that you attain the hamon effect on Your blades? it is unusual but it looks fantastic.

I use clay to get my hamon lines,you can do more with it than just a plain edge quench

Is it possible to put a lanyard hole in the handle. Say one that is-lined with metal to give it a finished look ?
 
I cant believe this is still here! If it hangs around much longer Im gonna have to add it to my stable! Rollon, I added a lanyard to one of my knives by Bill. I just punched out one of the pins and added a tube. Dont know if there is enough room back there to just add one, maybe.

Hey rollon, I called Bill, he is out of town on a family emergency. He said he would add one at no charge.
 
yes rollon im back now just walked in i can add one between the rear pins if needed thanks chris for taking care of things for me while i was away

i have 1/4" mosiac lanyard tube and regular 1/4" brass thin wall tube,i can do either
 
I'll take it. I'd like the lanyard hole and wherever and however the maker thinks would work best I'm sure I'll be happy with. This buy will pretty much wipe out my paypal account so I'd prefere to just snailmail you funds so I can use my paypal mioney for other things but if speed is of the essence paypal is fine too. I lost track of my old BF login so this is like my first purchase again.
