What level is the vest?

How long since expired and any signs of water stains?

I believe the vest is IIA. not sure on the expiry date. (I'll check) No water stains.

It is Point Blank Body Armour. Level IIA The expiry date looks like it's been removed.

I also have a smaller third panel that I will throw in with the other two panels and carriers.
