Still trying to make up for a bunch of recent purchases, so up for sale now are two lightly used but excellent custom folders.
First is an awesome John W. Smith RG-1 I had custom made for me with a rare BG42 blade (marked next to maker's mark near the lock on the tang) and red/black G10 handles. Titanium bolsters and liner lock, blade is 3.75" and approx. 5" closed. Action is smooth and lockup bank vault tight. Knife is as new with the exception of the blade. The edge it came with was too obtuse for my preferences and thus I re-profiled and stropped it to hair popping sharpness. The blade has a few VERY light scratches from handling but are not noticeable except for in the right light. This knife, while not new, is in excellent shape, probably a 9/10. BG42 is hard to find these days unless you do like I did and have a maker make it for you. I really like this knife but something else has got to go. For this one, I am asking SPF shipped within the US. Paypal preferred, personal or add 3%.
