I bought this here a few months ago and it has been in a safe since. Need to move some cash.
This is the description, and pics, from the person I bought it from
Murray Carter forged laminated kitchen paring/utility knife - Murray calls this type his "Stainless Fukugo-zai Series, Riveted Handle (SFGZ RH)" Has a 3 7/8" blade with a Blue Super carbon steel core laminated between stainless outer layers with an "as forged" finish and is about 1/16" thick -- over all length is 8 1/4". Handle is black laminated stabilized wood. Knife balances right between the brass handle pins. It has been used only a few times and sharpened (carefully). No sheath.
