This drop point utility is just what cutting tasks ordered. It is forged from L6 and is about 1/8 in thick with a satin finish. The OAL is 9 7/8 in and the convex blade is 4 1/2 in. The handle is gorgeous desert ironwood with brass pins. I am making a leather pouch type sheath now.

Isold. thank you.

Just sent you a message about this one. Looks like a great user. Is L6 hard to sharpen?

it is a tough steel, and can be a little tough to sharpen from real dull. It holds an edge very well, and I have found a couple of swipes every now and then staves off the tough sharpening job. L6 is the steel of choice for knives I personally carry. I love it.
