I don't know? haven't tried. Maybe we can get Eric to switch them out?

I agree that the USA made piece is top quality in materials. It isn't "just" more expensive for the "same" thing. By the way, thanx for joining our contest.

There are many Americans that think like Jill and they are willing to pay more for a USA product. I know my wife thinks the same way, especially in clothing. I try to buy USA given a choice, but I also look more closely at quality and performance than most.

But there are many worldwide that may not feel that the USA made piece is "worth" 3 times the price........so, in an effort to please all of our customers, we make both.

They do not..I tried this, the little bumps on the end of the pen refill that cause the cartridge to spin are totally different from that of the fisher refills. and the fisher ones are a tad bit thicker.
