You could probably find a Spyderco Techno for around $150. 5mm thick blade and very solid lockup.

Ahhhh, I forgot about the Techno. That may be your best option.

I think the native 5 would be a good choice. Most knives that I would consider pry bars are going to be overbuilt. The native 5 is a solid, strong knife for a decide price.

Even the most 'overbuilt' folder will not be much good as a substitute prybar. If you want to do things like this you'd be far better off with a fixed blade, or even a prybar!
