Offered for sale is a mint, unused, unsharpened Solidsteelworks 4" Guillotine. Comes with maker's COA.
This Guillotine is 4" in blade length and 4.5" handle length including choil. M390 steel blade (60 HRC) with a matte stonewashed finish. It runs on 440c stainless steel bearings. The primary bevels are hollow ground, and the edge is flat ground to 20 degrees on both sides (50/50). The scales are 6AL4V Titanium. Zirconium accents. An electric blue anodized backspacer gives it a nice visual pop. Lanyard hole at rear doubles as a skull crusher.
Knife opens and locks smoothly, shuts with a very modest shake --- it's new and unused, and will undoubtedly get silkier with time and use. A very unique aesthetic ! The base Guillotine model with wood scales starts at $450, and with options quickly climbs to $1500+. There are not many Guillotines floating around in the secondary market, and there are rarely any upscale models in stock on the Solidsteekworks website. Asking $575 tyd, CONUS.
Trades unlikely, but I'm always happy to listen. The only knife I'm actively looking for at present is a Busse Long Hawkeye --- willing to trade this and other mint knives, or this and cash for a mint dagger.
Send your email via DM for further photos. Please reserve any comments or questions for DM's only. First unconditional "I'll take it" posted here gets the knife.
Payment via Pal G&S, knife will be shipped via USPS Insured Priority with Signature Confirmation. Know your local knife laws. By purchasing you affirm you are 18 or older and legally able to purchase & own this knife.
Please see my CPK Behemoth prototype and Shiv, and Chad Nell Gent UDT (damasteel) also being listed today. Thanks for looking !
