Soligen Figural Knife

Hello! Just looking for some info & to ID this Soligen Figural Knife. It's 7 3/4 inches long. Has the hard leather & brass handle. On top of that is a metal Head of a man wearing a hat. Looks like aluminum, not sure. Thanks, Wilburrrr
