Some advise, opinions needed.

I live in Oregon and would like to say NOT OREGON as well....

Too many non-English speaking people here for you.

I obviously forgot to mention some of your answers, and yeah I thought about Oregon but it is too wet; I've been there several times and I like it a lot mostly on the other side of the sierra, towards Bend, I like it a lot because of the mountains, but you're right.

Look I'm not prejudiced at all, heck, I was born and raised in Mexico but I am so so tired of the half mex this, half English that; I'd like to live in a place where they don't force my kids to speak any other language than English, nor made fun of because they don't speak Spanish; this is the USA, and if I want to live here I better speak the language of the land.

My mom is 84 and the last time she came to visit, she enrolled in an English class by herself! That is what I mean.

Edited.

Your mom sounds like my mom: always wanted to learn, anything and everything. Right up until her death at 89. That's good to hear man.

Thanks man; I'm sorry for your loss. It's amazing to me that she tries and tries; She's getting better but she doesn't have many people to practice with.

I didn't mean to go off on a trip, maybe I take being a US citizen too seriously; but I can't help it; I don't mean to offend anyone reading this.

How plentiful are machinist jobs in Montana?

Pretty decent on a per capita basis. Boeing has a plant in Helena, lots of smaller manufacturing places, including firearms or ammo related. I thought I recently heard Raytheon or a similar company is coming in with 300 new jobs not too far from Missoula soon. There are a lot of them I don't even know of too as I haven't looked around for jobs much for a few years, but the area is steadily growing/building.
