Some BIG news!

Man that looks awesome, I might have to stop by and pick one up in person :) I love Duluth

Thanks guys, its much appreciated. Still waiting on the site to be up and running. Something about they had to reset the DNS, so it just takes awhile for it to finally activate. I'll make sure to post when its active.

That's awesome bro! Congratulations!

Send me your new info. I've been sending people to bgl.

Silver, I would totally recommend goose! Well until I get back into the swing if things. ;) and I do.

Thanks man! You can have them email me at sagewoodgear@gmail.com

When are you gonna get back into hide stitching again?

Oh, HEY now, what a way to start a new biz!
New name, mark, and distinctive feature! WAY impressed!
Good luck with the new venture, I'm sure you will do well.

Go big or go home, right? :D

The best of luck! All those sheaths are absolutely stunning, especially with your K.C.R.. A stripped 17 with micarta scales would look awesome in your tweener sheath.... That really makes me want a BK17.

Out of curiosity, are you going to be making other leather items like gun holsters or even horse tack?

Jerry, I am pretty much sticking to sheaths and other small accessories. There are so many holster makers out there that I cant even compare, its best that I just stick with what I am good at.

Congrats on the new business and not just some nice looking sheaths, but some truly ingenious ideas!
Best of luck!

Way to go, Goose! By the way, i love the new name. Has an outdoorsy ring to it, huh?

derp derp derp :)

i mean, outstanding :>

1. Congrats on going out on your own
2. Jealous of where you live
3. Awesome sheaths. I will certainly be calling you when I get a few more Beckers.

whoa, now that kydex lock over leather is innovative! i wonder if you can patent that idea to prevent other sheath makers from copying it?

Sweet bro! I'll give 'em that e-mail.

I hope I'll be back at it soon! It's really starting to kill me that I don't have any time, place, or material right now. I do have a couple shells left still that I really want to stitch up just because I want to, but we'll see how that goes. I totally gonna copy your idea though ;) Just kidding. I've got my own thing. :D

PS I'm really diggin your makers mark!! Where did you go to get it made?

Well I pretty much closed up the BG Leatherworks site. I did leave the photo gallery open for anyone that would like to look at some of my older work. Otherwise the link on the home page will take you right to the new site.

I had a local graphic designer make the logo, then I had the stamp made at Grey Ghost Graphics. He does some great work and has a very fast turnaround time.
