Some bigger blades about ready for HT

The medium sized choilless knives are the small bowie, drop point small bowie, and choilless BT4. They can be made FAT as well if someone really wants it. The material just depends on what is readily available at the time.
 
Yes, a tigress without the clip will be quite a bit more chopperish because of all the weight up front. But the tradeoff is speed and agility. I personally like the speed and ability to quickly change direction on the fly and still be able to chop very effectively. But you are correct, a Tigress with more weight up front would make for a very serious dedicated chopper if that is what folks are looking for.
 
ban do you use the ss foil on the thicker knifes or just the thin ones don.......................
 
Will probably finish some of them this coming week if I am not too swamped grinding out a bunch of kitchen knives.
