Great knives but...I was hoping to see larger Bill Siegle knives head to head with other choppers. I've never seen how they perform against other well known choppers...maybe you can do review on those some other time.

I have tested more Bill Siegle knives than just about anyone here.
Some have fit my hand better than others-but all have been first class.
As far as a chop off---Depends on what your chopping,how long,etc
Some have been better than expected-some not as good feeling in hand .
Depends on the model
Almost everyone I let use my Siegles comes away VERY IMPRESSED!!!
