Some Comparison Pics, interesting stuff

Heres a side by side comparison of an INFI SH SHII and an Ergo DSH. Notice how the straight handle SH is a bit longer and the blade is wider. One would think that there was a bigger difference in the handle design, but the feel is plenty different. The straight handle is a bit heftier and thicker and I believe the edge is ground at a lower angle, it slices like no other. Oh yea it is an asymetric edge.
