Cash is king here folks. Going for another grail folder I've wanted for a good long time. These folders are used unless other wise stated. Lock up is excellent on all of them, some are used more than others. Ok have a good weekend.
The deal: I ship on my dime, pp is 3.5% fee coverage cause I ship Priority Mail. I will ship over seas but the cost is extra for shipping and the value will not be fudged on the customs ticket. I am not responsible for the item once it leaves U.S. soil. You takes your chances here but truthfully have only lost 2 knives in years of shipping/receiving over seas. Thanks and keepem sharp
From the top down: Gerber Spectre, 3.5" 154CM blade, black coated with very slight sock drawer wear on the the spine of the knife. Titanium liners, sticky lock. G10 scales plain edged. I think this is from the mid 90's and found it in the back of my sock drawer along with some long forgotten fixed blades I'll get around to posting at some point. Anyways very sharp, smooth opening, tight lock up and has been sharpened at some point I am guessing cause I sharpen all my knives! SOLD
Next is an ECK from 07. Model #131, with a modified thumb ramp(ie:wave removed but done very well). Jimping on the thumb ramp that is useful. Sharpened, carried, used, but blade shows scratches. The logo is done very well and you can actually feel the raised lettering on it. The ECK series of knives are hand ground blades by Mr. Emerson. If this is not correct info. please correct me on this but I have heard this is true. Have the box but no paper inside the box. Plastic baggie is included though. It is razor sharp and properly sharpened by yours truly. Serial #32. $250
Next is a large Timberline Wortac(I think that is what it is called) model lted. knife. 4" blade, AUS8a, never used, gold American Eagle on the blade. This was a special run of 500 knives and this is 425 of 500. Lock up is superb, blade is extremely sharp handles are smooth feeling and knife is extremely smooth to open. Nice large thumb studs. Kind of like a carry bevel package on the knife. Only sharp where it needs to be! $60 NO BOX
MT SOCOM elite. Carbon fiber inserts, stropped but not sharpened. S35v pse blade. Flies open and locks up tight. Tiniest bit of play in the glass breaker but better than on a lot of these I have seen. Box and everything that came with the box in included. A very nicely made example of this knife. It is was made in 01/12. PENDING
Last is a Greg Lightfoot 460 Magnum user grade folder. I refinished the bolsters, handle slabs, and tightened the lock up so there is 0 blade play in any direction. Superb lock up on the liner lock across the face of the blade. Lots of room for wearing in, scratches on the back side of the blade but nothing you can feel but you can certainly see them. It is sharp but not screaming sharp, serviceable I would call it. I am the second owner, and this was purchased in 96 according to original owner. Spoke with Greg about it and for a small fee he will make it look like new again. It is a right hand chisel grind. Serrations are EXCELLENT on the knife. This would make a high class user knife and if it don't sell that is exactly what I will do with it. Beat it to death! Steel is BG42 I am told which makes sense. I don't think he makes this style of 460 Mag anymore either. $300.
Like I said I ship on my dime, pp fees are 3.5%, trades might be considered but it is a very narrow field I am looking at. ARS in BG42 large folder would get my attention but that is the only one. keepem sharp
