Just for kicks, here's a couple short hammer vids of simple work:

Me drawing width on a bar of 52100 that was a roller bearing and will be an 8" chef.

My apprentice Zack drawing out the bar lengthwise. He's doing pretty much all of the work on this one, it's going to his kitchen.

Huh. I'm using Firefox, and even with my dialup connection they will load.

I just changed the location on FB, hope they work for you now.

It appears you have to have a Facebook account to view the vids. Might be better you put em on You Tube.

Aargh. I'd put them on Youtube but don't have the bandwidth from here. Guess I'll have to fix this Monday.

You can likely see them because they are saved on that computer and still in cache, or some computer type thing.
 
I'm going with... some computer type thing. My apologies, I'll post them from Youtube Monday.
 
Hmmm. Bumping this one to see if the vids work now. Seems like they do. At least they work for me, but I did originally post them.

Well, heck! I'll just take some dang hammer vids of my own this weekend and post them directly. These were taken by a friend and I can only get to them on Facebook.

I'll start a new thread for them... heck, I can do a little video shop tour and include the lathe, maybe!
 
No, he took those vids with his phone and uploaded them directly to Facebook. I've been trying to use a downloader to get the videos, or put them on Youtube, but to no avail. Sometimes computers really tick me off.

But, like I said, I'll take a better one yet myself and post it here.
