The village sarki evidently had a problem fitting scabbards to this blade profile and we have split two while packing. Be careful and also be prepared for scabbard problems. Big bellied blades like this are not the village sarkis forte from what I can see.

Too bad. Lots of irons in the fire now. But hopefully there will always be beautiful khuks! Maybe if nobody wants one, I'll have to take pitty and open my wallet, I mean doors, to an orphan.

IMO the past few months have seen more custom beauties like the Foxy come out than ever before. At least in my memory.
Whenever I read about the Super Salyan or whatever sharp-pointy-thing that was available before I discovered the Cantina I am glad that I can grab a bit of history whenever possible. Heck, I can even say that I was familiar with the designer, or at least his Cantina persona.:D

What was it like before the internet Uncle Bill? Anyone currently in the Cantina that was a customer early on?

I ordered two ang khola bowie's to pay for the foxie's fighter's. I also gave two addresses as one is a gift for my brother.
 
Cool, just wanted to check. Suprised that any were left at this point. They do look wonderful.

The very first one also had this problem until I got it. I sacrificed enough of the edge in making it convex that it no longer is a problem, any more than usual that is. A person still has to be careful.:)

Are there any left?
 
I got a reply mail today after I asked UB last night if I could buy one. It was a message two words long: all gone. Gotta love how UB gets to the point.:D
