Some Fun with Axes

    From time to time, maybe due to the perceived oddity of what I do with axes in these parts, I get the chance to stand in some strange place and make a round stem square. It's sure a pleasure doing and keeps me in shape and axes in my hands.[​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Thank you D1, a fairly useless piece of poplar but an interesting exercise in curves.

    I wouldn't call it useless, depending on species, it is reminiscent of wooden boat framing though. Nice exercise!
