For what it's worth, I'd like to point out some of those who've impressed me during my dealings with them over the past couple of years:
Pat Crawford- I bought a beat-up titanium handle Pointguard off ebay, and he made it look and feel like new for $50! What a deal, quick turn-around, and a very personable guy to do business with.
Neil Ostroff at True North Knives - Definitely one of the top dealers, as already identified in GB&U.
Connelly brothers at Knife Art - Another class act with great selection.
Julie Hyman at Arizona Custom Knives - I know some preferred the previous owners of AZCK, but she has certainly done right by me and seems to have a knack for finding some of the best 2nd hand knives out there.
Gary Moore at Moore Cutlery - Not the biggest selection, but he will soon be dealing custom knives exclusively. He's also a straight shooter and willing to take the time to talk in detail about any knife you're interested in.
Peter Atwood- Just got tactical whistles and a prybaby from him. Very pleased with his workmanship and his personable, ultra-quick responses to email inquiries.
James Piorek at Blade Rigger- Got one of his excellent composite pocket sticks. As with the others listed, very easy to work with and willing to talk/email about details.

That's all I can think of for now. Let me know what you think.
