Some help on Benchmade for EDC

they have the high end (high end meaning 921 and 941)
BMs for around 100 bucks. I'm not sure how much is shipping but even with the shipping it should still be in your budget.

I'd suggest the 941 or the 730 although pretty much anything with an axis is worth checking out
