Some items back on the site today......Titanium Standoffs, SF LBS, Lanyard Beads

Looks like bronze are still in stock. Man am I glad I clicked when I did so I could get an order I'm for the blue. These things are popular!
 
This was actually my first time ordering off the Hinderer web site. I checked out as Guest, so my question is was i supposed to get an email after the order was placed or is the email sent when the items are shipped?

You will get e-mails. Order confirmation and likely tracking info.
 
It's my regular lotto luck playing out this evening. Nothing available every time I check.
 
I got a shipping notification and tracking number this morning! This is the first time I have ordered anything directly from RHK and am very impressed with the speed of shipping!! Thanks RHK

We've had a few hiccups with the server move, I am sorry some of you haven't received order confirmations, but all of you should have received shipping confirmations this morning.

They were there about an hour ago, but seem to be gone now. Sorry. Rob did say to keep an eye out at the dealer sites as well. If I see any pop up I'll let you know. I can even snag a set for you if you want.
 
So, I'm able to add standoffs to my cart but when I try to checkout it says they are out of stock.

Is this normal, or a glitch?
 
Thanks Dave. I can't ask you to do that. I appreciate the offer though. I'll keep my eyes peeled for the 24 bronze ano!

I would assume whatever it was you added to the cart were sold out before you checked out. The only way that inventory is secured is by payment submission, not product sitting in a cart......Reason being, when I look at the back end of the site, there are 31 carts right now that have sat from 1-4 hours with product, if products in the cart were deducted from inventory we would be out of certain items that aren't even sold. If what you are after is back in stock, act fast. If it was bronze 24 standoffs, those are gone. If it was 3.5", 400 sets will be landing at a wide variety of dealers Mon - Tues.......and as of right now we have a lot in inventory on the site. When those disappear, we'll be adding more next week, the last of them will be manufactured Monday and Tuesday.
