Some new Mike Irie customs...

Had to make one so I could carry the Irie, the knife is an excellent carry with the way the angle of the blade is to the handle, makes for a very good EDC, though slightly large for work...will have to sort of sneak it in with the sheath on the belt and stuck into my back pocket...

Now that is spectacular ....excellent work there sir .
Hmmmm, should I just wait in the wings for you to tire of this blade ;) That is just a awesome combo .
Believe me when I say that just because this is Gary's personal sheath , he puts the same love and craftsmanship into each of his customers sheaths. I can vouch for that !

Happy Holidays G2 !

hmmmm if you turn that blade upside down looks like a Sebenza blade...hmmm I wonder...ooops wrong post !

Very practical blade style indeed .
and such pretty wood as well but with the High humidity back there it is surely going to hurt that wood , better send her to a drier climate...someplace with next to nothing as far as humidity , where the sun is warm and the grass is ...well burnt....:D :D :D

I snagged this and brightened it a little from the45guy, these are new folders from Mike Irie! at the on going Las Vegas show this weekend!

Mike's small fixed blades are my favorites of all time. I even have a couple of Gary's old ones that came with his hand made monogrammed sheaths, (luckily his intial is the same as mine!). ;) I stated years ago that Mike's stuff was the most underpriced bargains that existed. There's something about his little fixers that I just love. Superb quality and aesthetics with some of my all time favorite sambar stag and man, are they excellent users! I used to pick them up on the "For Sale" board for $50.00-$60.00 each and heck, you could get them new from Mike for around $120.00. Most of my exotic, (and not so exotic), fixed blades have come and gone but my Irie's will stay right here!

For those of you that don't know this. Mike is now making folders. He had a number of them with him in Vegas.. They are nice knives..
