Some new toys

Tony, those are some nice knives! I'm glad you like the sheath, I think the color you picked goes great with that handle. Thanks for the kind words!!

That Landar looks handy. I know it's voguish at the moment to maintain plank like stock thickness throughout the length in the name of strength [or perhaps just idleness / economy at stock removal] but I like a nice taper to a drawn out point. Neat. And whilst I'm not a member of the anti-choil federation by any means there's a lot to be said for the crafty way that blade subtly cants back to stick a little bit more blade under the thumb. Seems a very well thought out design. I like it.

Tony,
What are the specs on the Landar15 Bushcraft
Length of blade?
Length OA?
Weight?

Thanks

Sharp Eye,

That one is convex ground 1/8" thick 1075, 8 3/8" overall, 3 3/4" tip to handle. I have no clue on the weight:o as I don't have a scale, but it is fairly hefty for the size due to the thickness of the scales.

Thanks,

Walter

Looks like Walter got the specs to you. I'll takr it to work tomorrow and weigh it for you.

Thanks guys.
Great knife Walter. Great score Tony.
Happy Thanksgiving to all.
For me the eat-a-thon starts tonight with dinner at my MIL's
