Amboyna Burl Bookmatched set. I had two sets of these and cut one up for myself. There is cupping which can be taken out, or just cut them since they are bookmatched. Instead of trying to flatten I cut mine at the middle of the cup which was easier to deal with, than flattened. I was able to split each piece so I yielded much more wood. Either way you are looking at quite a few sets.
