Man those are clean, classy, and classic! They're all beautiful, but If I
had to choose a favorite, I think it'd be the Ironwood fighter in post #13. The clay-less hamon on that thing is smokin' and it has a beautiful flow all around. I also like the "pinch" in the wood's grain on its right side, it adds some neat character and extra interest imho.
Just curious, but are those tang plugs (trying to avoid using a certain term lol) actually threaded and attached to the tang or into the nut/finial, or are they decorative covers epoxied over the top of nut?
