I'm going to give M. McCord the benefit of the doubt and guess he was trying to make a humorous reply to Rob's tongue in cheek statement.

That said, I'm reasonably certain that most everyone (including McCord) knows that Case knives are USA made and that we aren't going to stoop to making disparaging remarks about Pakistan, China or any other nation in this or any other thread on this forum.
 
Blues of course realized my comment about surgical stainless was tongue in cheek. Just me being goofy, I even used one of these gizmos :D after it.
For the record I will say that I have absolutely no problem at all with Case stainless. No problem at all.
