Thanks! The white handle really stands out, right? What do you like most about it the handle material or the overall design?

Overall design, materials used, black guard and of course hamon. (Chef’s kiss)
It’s just a really nice piece that checks all the boxes for me.

Really appreciate that—means a lot! Glad all those elements came together the way they did. The hamon and material combo were definitely a big focus on this one—so hearing that ‘chef’s kiss’ really hits

Does it happen to be a takedown model?

Yeah, only the white handle one is a takedown—it’s done in Juma Ivory. The rest are all fixed builds.

Haha yeah, 17,000+ islands can be a bit much I’m based in the Special Region of Yogyakarta on Java. I also spend some time in Lombok—that’s where the MotoGP circuit is. And yeah, plenty of volcanoes around here

It’s pretty close—about 30 minutes from me I’m a bit surprised you know about Merapi! Yeah, it definitely keeps life interesting around here.

Ive been following Semeru.. since Nov......those pyroclastic flows and Lahars where insane........Mother nature is just spectacular...............That Gladak Perak bridge survived this time not like 3 years ago....

I’m surprised you know about Semeru I was in East Java during an eruption, quite far from it—but the volcanic ash still made its way to where I was.

Ijen is something else too.....Pretty amazing part of the world.......So much beauty, but.like every beautiful place there are deadly consequences for ignorance of an area's history... Geological or historical...
