Please follow the standard "I'll take it" followed by PM rules. Please don't post an "I'll take it" unless you unequivocally agree to the terms of sale noted in this post. Prices are to your door, with PayPal Goods and Services, fees and shipping paid by me. Signature delivery available at your request. Extra insurance also available if you cover the charges. I prefer PayPal, but if you have a lot of positive feedback, I may consider a money order. Shipping to United States only, sorry foreign friends! Also, apologies to traders, I need the money so no trades for now. Thanks for looking!
First off is this rare custom Fallkniven F1. It’s the same as your standard F1, but with one big difference—the rubber handle has been replaced by the folks at Bark River with a vastly superior (in my opinion) desert ironwood burl handle with brass bolts. I don’t know how many runs BRK has done of these, but they don’t make them like this anymore and I’ve never seen another like it on the secondary market. If you check at knivesshipfree, you will see that they now have a more flared butt end (which covers the exposed tang at the rear) and a steel bolster. You will also notice that for one with a burl handle (they don’t have desert ironwood burl and I haven’t noticed a refresh with new models for at least two years) it will cost you $345. For this one, which has been used once to practice making feather sticks and is in almost new condition, with nothing but a light mark on the surface of the blade as you can see below, I am asking considerably less!
$280 TYD
Next is a brand new in box Spartan Harsey Hunter. This was a grail for me, as it is gorgeous, functional, and hand ground by William Harsey. These were a limited run and they’re now out of stock everywhere. This comes with the stock Spec Ops sheath and a cool little Spartan lanyard bead that I added. Probably the most comfortable handle I’ve ever held. These sold new from retailers, (when you could get them) for $500. I’m asking $SOLD TYD for this one.
Here is a catch and release from Zombie Tools. Very cool and excellently crafted blade, but it won’t see any use from me, as it is a fighter and I’m more of a bushcraft type guy. This was sold to me as new/unused and I see no reason to dispute that. I’m looking to get back what I paid for it—SOLD TYD.
Here is a killer set of customized Beckers—a BK10 and a BK11. Here’s the link to the original sale thread here on BladeForums
The modifications were described as follows: “(for the BK10) I kept the factory tip location, dropped the spine, brought the polish up to 800 grit then ran it on a Very Fine Scotch-Brite belt to smooth out the finish. I tapered the tang to offset the weight lost in the blade/spine from the regrind, and I polished the spine, from the underside of the ricasso all the way around to the tip. The wood used is Stabilized Black Curly Maple, and the material removed from the finger area was done with a scroll saw and the remainder was used for the slabs on the matching BK11, both have matching mosaic pins (though the only has one and one stainless pin).
“The BK11 also had the spine dropped, a swedge added, and ricasso/handle tang/bottle opener polished.
“The slabs on both knives were brought up to 5K grit prior to polishing.
“Again these were done by a member here and this was a email stating what was done”
These remain in unused condition, though there is a very light bit of patina that started to form on one side of the 10. Barely noticeable, and easy to remove, but it’s there, just so you know.
I’m asking the same price the first owner was for the set: $200 TYD
Last but not least, here’s a Lon Humphrey Scout in CPM 154. This is never used, like new in box, and I’m the original owner. It’s perfect and very lovely in the curly maple scales.
Specs are as follows:
Overall length - 9.34 in.
Blade length - 4.26 in.
Blade thickness - 0.22 in., with tapered tang
Weight - 6.5 oz.
They sell for $290 on Knivesshipfree, but I am asking for $230 TYD.
