Some serious Nuclear testing

I heard a rumor there may be some planning going on to test some of the various knives on some rope and other materials---unofficial and all, ya know, but likely to be fun and credible---of course, I'm likely to be the last to know, even though these guys will likely bribe me to go push the knives through the rope for hours and make large piles of of little pieces of long rope. Did they actually say several hundred dollars worth of large coils of hemp??
