I like the fourth one down with the blue wrap in the first pic. Simple clean lines always work better than a busier design IMO.
If you spend a bit more time on "fit and finish" you will be on your way to some nice knives :thumbup:
I gave the red and white cord wrapped one a proper handle and some pants.
Also churned out a new one, Im pretty pleased with how it turned out.
Pretty sure im going to stop using the dremel to "sign" the blades, it just doesnt look right.
Both of these are 1/8'' O1 steel, Canvas Micarta handles.
The sheath was dyed with "medium" brown leather dye, and then given a beeswax treatment. I wasnt aware, but it seems that dying the leather inhibits the absorbing of the beeswax.
very nice. TRy using some handle material that isnt so thick like 1/4". You will be surprised at how that simple step makes your kinves less beginer like!
Try not letting the plunge like touch the spine.
Those are the only 2 things I can think of. Great patterns!

I have trouble not making the plunges full height so far.
Ill take the advice and try to start with thinner stock for the next one.
