How do u like that vultor? Is that the basic or the enhanced version ?

I like it quite well. I was quite pleased when I that Noveske offers that stock from the factory. I had shot a buddies AR and loved the Vltor on his. It is just the standard. For what my intentions were when I bought the rifle it works well.

I'll play! I hate the word "tactical" when talking about guns/knives. The only tactics these things see is how to kill paper...maybe a computer too (work lets me kill the old PC's).

Hey rmc85, what do you think about the AAC suppressors, & is that the P220 Combat Sig ? How quiet is the AAC in .45 ? I’m looking to get a 9mm or .45 can, the quietest possible to shoot in my backyard (& not disturb the already irritated neighbors ). Thanks.

It's pretty quiet. If you want to shoot it and keep it really quiet it needs to stay wet. Its still hearing safe when its dry, but you can tell the difference and yes thats a P220 Combat.

The 9mm is quieter but you have to make sure to get rounds that are moving slow enough. IIRC most 9mm ammo you can pick up off the shelf (IE not paying extra for special ammo) is going to shoot faster than 1125 FPS.

.45 ACP rounds are just subsonic by nature so thats nice. Have you looked into suppressing a .22?

If I remember I'll load some videos to youtube and post them. I'm staying with my GF tonight so I dont have my external hard drive with the videos on it...

Mossberg 500 12ga. I sent the long 28" barrel back to Mossberg and they kindly returned a 20" accu-choke barrel. I like it a lot better now. Surefire G2 has a 5 mode LED drop-in.
