The blades on these knives are Dexter Knife Co, U.S.A.. They are ss & about 1/16" thickness, thin slicers. They take a sharp edge easily & hold it pretty good. Dexter knives are used World wide in the food service industry ,as well as by many others, butchers, fish cutters, etc.
Paypal fee's are included in the prices ,and shipping in the States is,too
Birdseye Maple Paring knife
This is 6-7/8" ,with 3" of razor slicer edge.
I used 3/32" ss pins on this one. This birdseye maple is over 20 yrs old,out of a knifemakers stash that was sold off after he passed away. I put a clear sealer on it
This would make a nice gift for a lady friend,or it'd be great in your kitchen. I have sold a few with sheaths (no loop) I have one if you want, extra $10.
$old
