Very sorry about this- I sent this to all the customers by mistake instead of to the subscribers only.

You were not subscribed so it won't happen.

We don't engage in spam - this was an error on my part.

I deactivated your account at the same time- being accused of spamming is something that I take very seriously after 17 years in the business.
Actually, this is the first time I have been hit with such an indictment.

So to make sure that a human error on my part never happens again to you, I feel this the best way to protect you from this inconvenience of the email you received concerning breast cancer awareness.

Have a great weekend,

Neil @ TNK

Technically any unsolicited email is called spam. I wasnt accusing you directly. I thought it was a bot or something that was sending out stuff from TNK domain. I typed in spam because some email administrators like to see why people unsubscribed from spam. It was not an attack on you.

Now, onto your unprofessional email. Neil. I have been a very very loyal customer to you. And that last email was uncalled form. You no longer have my business and i will be sure to post this email thread on the knife forms.

Have a nice weekend also.

I would expect nothing less from you than to post this private conversation anywhere you wish. Make sure to send me a link and please use your real name and don't hide behind a screen name.

To call an email with a link to Breast Cancer Awareness "spam", considering that you knew "exactly" who sent this to you says a lot.

The fact that you challenged my integrity by calling an email from me "spam..."
pales in comparison to the Breast Cancer issue.

Dude. You send me unsolicited email. I said unsubscribe and you said sorry. I said cool. Thanks for your time and that was that. Then all of a sudden youre being a huge douche bag. What the hell is going on here? It was SPAM. And you admitted that when you said i wasnt on the subscribe list.

Spam isnt knowing who exactly send it to you. It means unsolicited. When I buy stuff from you i dont want random emails of any kind even for breast cancer awareness. This isnt a pissing match on charity donations. This is you being a total jerk for no reason after everything was cool.

Sincerely,
Go fuck youself.

I'm pretty sure this is the wrong section for this. Unsubscribe.

LOL

How is this guy still in business?

I don't think I've ever heard someone say something positive about Neil.

Any of you who will be at the show next weekend in a Jersey City, please stop by and check out all the pink knives that we have bought specifically to donate 100% of the sales to breast cancer awareness.
This has been sanctioned by 50/50 Productions and we thank them for giving us this opportunity to do our part to help in this worthy cause.

I have great admiration for those who stand up for what they believe in, BladeForum is NOT the USN, and for good reason...

It doesn't matter if the spam is for a good cause or not. It was spam. An accident, but spam nonetheless. Furthermore, why would you berate a customer over something so trivial. Do you really take it that personally? Seems like an honest mistake on your part and calling a spade a spade on his. Lighten up a bit.

I agree with OP and Shotgun. You may have had a bad day or something, but taking it out on a customer is the least professional thing you could do.
